At the heart of this instrument lies the revolutionary dual mini–toggle coil–split system, mirroring the technology found in both Core and S2 Series models. These individual switches allow each humbucker to split into genuine single coils, providing guitarists with eight distinct pickup configurations that span everything from warm, full humbucking tones to bright, articulate single–coil sounds.

The SE Custom 24–08 maintains all the essential design elements that made the original so revered: a stunning maple top paired with mahogany back construction, smooth rosewood fretboard adorned with distinctive bird inlays, and the familiar 25" scale length across 24 accessible frets.
