The S2 Custom 24 reimagines PRS’s flagship guitar with a refined, stripped–back approach that maintains all the sonic versatility of its premium counterpart. This instrument features the classic maple top and mahogany back construction paired with PRS’s iconic asymmetrical beveled body shape, creating a guitar with exceptional resonance and powerful tonal character.

At the heart of this guitar’s versatility are the Maryland–wound 85/15 pickups, controlled by a 5–way blade switch that provides access to the full range of sounds found in the flagship Custom 24. This pickup and switching combination offers familiar territory for seasoned PRS players while presenting an accessible entry point for guitarists from all backgrounds.

For 2024, PRS has enhanced the entire S2 Series with USA–manufactured pickups and electronics, marking a significant upgrade after a decade of production.
