PRS Paul's Guitar Mango Top Ltd Edition Electric Guitar (Charcoal) inc Hard Case

Paul Reed Smith's personal vision distilled into a production model, Paul's Guitar represents four decades of lutherie refined into a genuinely versatile platform. The 2026 Limited Edition Mango top variant—capped at 200 units worldwide—pairs a figured Mango crown with a warm Mahogany body and Ziricote fingerboard, creating an instrument that rewards frequent handling. This isn't a signature series built on nostalgia; it's engineered to move between tonal territories that typically demand separate guitars.

Dual TCI humbuckers anchored by PRS's proprietary EQ toggle switches form the tonal heart. Engage the mini toggles and high-pass filtering kicks in, shelving unnecessary low frequencies to coax convincing single-coil character from full-sized humbuckers–bright, glassy articulation without 50Hz hum. The 25" scale length and 10" fretboard radius support a 22-fret Ziricote board finished to PRS's Pattern neck profile, delivering both speed and support. Hardware throughout reflects precision: Phase III tuners with unplated brass shafts, a Stoptail bridge with brass inserts, and a bone nut anchoring the 1 11/16" nut width. Strung with PRS Signature 10–46 gauge strings, the guitar ships in a hardshell case.

The dual-switch EQ system expands playability across studio work, live performance, and genre-agnostic session duties. Players tracking progressive rock one hour and indie pop the next find genuine tonal flexibility without swapping instruments. Limited availability and the exotic Ziricote fingerboard underscore this as a player's investment rather than a collectible hung on a wall.
