Protection Racket Deluxe Djembe Bag 10"x 24.5"

Protection Racket's Deluxe Djembe Bag (catalogue 9110-00) is purpose–built transport for 10” shells and other hand drums. The design centres on a pod–style opening that unzips completely around the lid and down the full length, eliminating fumbling when loading or removing instruments. This approach prioritises quick access on gigs and in studios, backed by padded rucksack straps and a carrying handle for flexible transport.

Internal dimensions measure 12” × 24½” × 6”, providing generous clearance around hardware, lugs, and bearing edges. The exterior features a dedicated zipped accessory pocket (7” × 10” × 2”) for holding tuning keys, head covers, or leads. Padding throughout absorbs impact during transit, whilst the full–length unzip design means no contortion required to position the drum for safe packing or retrieval.

Djembe players moving between venues benefit from the dual carry options—shoulder straps distribute weight across the back for longer hauls, whilst the top handle suits quick hand–carry transitions. The bag accommodates not just 10” djembes but other drums of similar depth, making it versatile across world percussion setups.
