Protection Racket AAA 15x13" RIMS Rigid Tom Case

Protection Racket's AAA 15x13" RIMS Rigid Tom Case combines a polycarbonate shell with the brand's proprietary Rocket Foam™ technology to deliver impact resistance that handles the punishment of gigging and touring. The case is engineered specifically for 15" x 13" tom drums, with internal dimensions of 18" x 14" to accommodate hardware fixtures. Built tough without unnecessary weight, this case suits drummers who need reliable protection without compromising portability.

The Triple A-Plex™ polycarbonate frame forms the structural foundation, layered with tested inner and outer drum case components to create a unified protective system. Internal clearance of 18" x 14" allows the shell and tension rods to fit securely, while ergonomic neoprene handles and plastic piping edges reduce fatigue during transport. A 6" x 4" clear window pocket accommodates a photo for quick kit identification–useful when managing multiple cases at rehearsal spaces or on tour.

The case's rigid construction prioritises hard-shell protection over soft-shell convenience, making it suited to musicians who prioritise drum integrity over case weight or flexibility. Road cases of this calibre accumulate dents and scuffs themselves rather than allowing contact with the drum shell, effectively acting as sacrificial armour during repeated loading, travel, and venue changes typical of active touring schedules.
