Protection Racket 18x12" Marching Tenor Drum Cse

Protection Racket's 18–inch marching tenor drum case applies the same rigid construction philosophy as its pro–line touring cases, engineered specifically for the demands of percussion section transport. Built to accommodate 16–inch shell drums with hardware, the case maintains internal dimensions of 18–inches by 13–inches, providing clearance for lugs, bearing edges, and tuning mechanisms without compromising protection during venue load–ins or storage.

The case construction mirrors Protection Racket's proven approach to hard–shell design, utilising internal volume that exceeds the nominal drum diameter to eliminate vibration transfer and impact shock. Catalogue reference M1612–00 denotes this 16–inch shell specification, though internal measurements expand to accommodate full hardware assemblies. The differential between external profile and internal cavity reflects thoughtful engineering for field musicians who require roadworthy reliability across multiple performances without case modification or equipment compromise.
