Protection Racket 16x2.5" Frame Drum Case

Protection Racket's 16" × 2.5" frame drum case applies the same rugged construction philosophy as its pro–line drum cases, engineered to shield frame drums and hand percussion during transport and storage. Built to accommodate hardware, the case offers 17" × 3" of internal space–larger than the external dimensions–ensuring snug fitment without binding. Propile foam lining absorbs impact energy across the shell and rim assembly.

The case features a fully adjustable, removable padded shoulder strap with non–slip construction, enabling single–handed carrying for gigging musicians or studio sessions. Internal dimensions of 17" × 3" accommodate the typical hardware footprint of modern frame drums, whilst the protective foam layer prevents edge damage and cymbal–like ringing during transit. Catalogue number 9516–00 identifies this model within Protection Racket's percussion case range, which spans 14" through 22" formats for various hand percussion instruments.
