Polyend Drums is a hybrid drum machine that pairs four analog voices built on modern SSI2130 and SSI2140 chips with 50 digital instruments spanning VA, wavetable, FM, physical modelling, and samples. The single–piece aluminium chassis houses custom metal knobs and high–end components throughout, designed for immediate hands–on control and studio–grade sound without compromise. Every voice stacks dual VCOs, noise generation, and optional digital oscillators for classic density or modern modulation flexibility.
The sequencing engine runs 8 independent tracks with up to 64 steps each, per–track parameter locks, micro–timing, euclidean and random generators, and pattern chaining across 48 songs. Three dedicated effects groups—send, insert, and master chain—operate at 96kHz 32–bit floating–point internally, with inserts sequenceable per track so effects become rhythmic elements. Individual audio outputs, MIDI I/O, and an audio input for external processing keep Drums connected to outboard gear. The X0Y fader morphs kits, triggers fills, and switches patterns without stopping playback, keeping performance control tactile and immediate.
Eight independent LFOs with 29 waveforms across 50 instruments yield 500+ mutations, giving sound designers and producers vast territory to explore. The dual–core architecture handles complex sequencing, synthesis, and effects simultaneously without latency or instability. A $500 fully refundable deposit reserves a unit for delivery scheduled November 2026, with final payment due before shipping.
