Pearl's patented quick‐locking mechanism utilises a thumbscrew design that holds cymbals tight without the hassle of traditional wing nuts, making setup and breakdown significantly more efficient.

Each complete Pearl WL230A set arrives with everything needed for professional cymbal mounting: one Winglock unit, two cymbal screws, one cymbal felt, a spacer, and the patented quick‐locking mechanism thumbscrew.
