Pearl Matt Halpern Signature Snare Drum 14x6 - Black

Matt Halpern's signature snare drum brings professional–grade brass construction and striking visual design together in one powerful 14"x6" package. The Pearl MH1460/B features a robust 1.5mm brass shell finished in matte black powder coating, creating a sophisticated appearance that's enhanced by contrasting yellow inlays on the STL–55MH/B lugs.

MasterCast hoops on both sides provide exceptional sound focus and structural stability, while the ultra–sound SN–1420I snare wire produces clear, explosive fundamental tones. The drum comes fitted with an Evans Heavyweight B14HWD head for optimal response and durability.

The SR–150 Click–Lock strainer offers enhanced sensitivity for precise control, complemented by the distinctive black and brass STL Swivel Tube Lugs with their eye–catching yellow gaskets. This combination results in a versatile snare with cutting, dry characteristics that responds immediately to aggressive playing styles while maintaining an expanded tuning range suitable for various musical genres.
