Pearl's PHD-1500/R is a 15-inch round drum throne built for players who value stability and adjustability in equal measure. The design centres on a donut-shaped Multi-Core foam cushion paired with a robust tripod base featuring large rubber feet for secure floor contact. Pearl's Lock/Spin System sets this throne apart–players can lock the seat in place for fixed positioning or unlock it to spin freely during performance, adapting to individual playing style and preference.

Height adjusts across a 170 mm range from 495 to 665 mm (19.5 to 26.2 inches), accommodating drummers of varying stature and kit configurations. The red cloth seat top resists wear and maintains colour over extended use, whilst the vented construction manages heat and moisture during long sessions. An optional DTBR-1535 backrest accepts directly into the throne's mounting point, allowing players to add lumbar support without replacing the base unit. Available in blue, red, and white finishes for aesthetic coordination with kit setups.
