The Paiste PST3 10" Splash Cymbal brings explosive accents and trashy character to your drum kit, making it an ideal choice for drummers seeking quality sound without breaking the bank. This cymbal belongs to the acclaimed PST3 range, which represents a remarkable fusion of superior sound quality and exceptional value. Crafted from MS63 Brass, the PST3 series produces bright, clean, and powerful tones with fundamental musical characteristics that serve drummers across various genres.

With its medium weight construction, this splash cymbal offers versatility in volume from medium soft to loud playing dynamics. The fairly washy stick sound combines with a fairly lively intensity to create an engaging playing experience. Its short sustain ensures quick, punchy accents that cut through the mix without overwhelming other instruments, while the integrated bell character provides balanced tonal response across the cymbal’s surface.

The sound character of this 10" splash is distinctly medium bright, clean, and fast–responding. Its medium range frequency spectrum features a fairly complex mix of overtones, creating an even and balanced feel under the sticks. The explosive attack followed by fast fading makes this cymbal particularly well–suited for fast accents, giving drummers the ability to add quick bursts of colour and excitement to their playing with its somewhat trashy edge.
