Paiste 14 Inch PST 7 China Cymbal

The Paiste 14 Inch PST 7 China Cymbal brings explosive trashy accents to your drum kit with its bright, complex sound character. Built from CuSn8 bronze — the same legendary alloy used in Paiste’s renowned 2002 series — this china cymbal offers professional–grade materials at an accessible price point. Swiss hand craftsmen carefully lathe each cymbal to achieve the distinctive traditional finish that Paiste is famous for worldwide.

Paiste Sound Technology represents first–class cymbal manufacturing combined with high–quality sound design that won’t break the bank. The PST7 line caters to drummers who appreciate traditional sound, look and feel, with the 14" china producing a fairly bright, full and powerful tone. Its medium wide range and fairly complex mix make it incredibly versatile across different musical applications, from live performances to casual recording sessions.

This china cymbal features an even, responsive feel that makes it suitable for all volume settings and the entire range of music styles. The CuSn8 bronze construction, also known as "2002 Bronze," ensures warm and clear overall sound quality that has earned praise from professional musicians. As Christian Leonhardt from Project Pitchfork notes, these are "the best, most balanced and nicest sounding cymbals" available, making the PST7 series a standout choice for serious drummers.
