The NUX Atlantic pedal brings together six decades of legendary delay and reverb sounds in one compact unit, featuring everything from 60's tape‐echo warmth to modern shimmer effects. This versatile pedal covers the most iconic sounds in music history: 60's Tape‐Echo, 70's BBD Analog Delay, 80's Digital Delay, Spring Reverb, Plate Reverb and Hall Reverb. Built with NUX's latest Core Image Technology algorithms, the Atlantic also includes contemporary Shimmer and Freeze effects that open up new creative possibilities for ambient and atmospheric sounds.

The delay section offers three distinct eras of sound reproduction. The 70's setting (40ms ‐ 400ms) captures retro BBD analog warmth with modern reliability, while the 60's mode (55ms ‐ 550ms) recreates that classic tape‐echo machine character complete with saturated, vintage colouration. For pristine clarity, the 80's digital delay (80ms ‐ 800ms) provides crystal‐clear repeats without any added colour, making it perfect for use alongside your existing modulation effects.

The reverb algorithms are equally comprehensive, starting with Spring Reverb that simulates the polyphonic atmosphere of a classic reverb tank. Plate Reverb offers clean reflections in a flat‐walled room environment, with a special Shimmer mode activated by holding the reverb switch. Hall Reverb recreates the sound of a well‐designed concert hall, with adjustable room size and wall object density controlled by the Level and Decay knobs respectively.

Additional features include the patented Smart TAP function that automatically detects your intention to toggle delay on/off or set tempo, versatile routing options for send/return or in‐line use, and both true and buffered bypass modes.
