Novation Launchpad Pro MK3 USB MIDI Controller

The Launchpad Pro stands as Novation's flagship 64-pad MIDI grid controller, engineered to bridge the gap between studio production and live performance with unmatched precision. This powerhouse device offers the deepest Ableton Live integration available, featuring dedicated buttons that provide direct access to clip launching, scene control, mixer functions, device parameters, and transport controls without requiring mouse interaction. The velocity and pressure-sensitive RGB pads are larger and more responsive than previous models, making them ideal for both triggering clips and playing expressive grooves, while Scale mode ensures you stay in key and Chord mode opens up new harmonic possibilities.

At the heart of the Launchpad Pro lies a sophisticated four-track, eight-note polyphonic, 32-step sequencer that operates independently of your computer. This standalone sequencer can control virtual instruments, print patterns directly to Ableton Live clips, or drive external hardware via MIDI connections. Advanced features like Micro Steps, Probability, Mutation, Sync Rate, and Play Order allow for dynamic pattern manipulation, while pattern chaining and scene assignment capabilities enable complete song construction. The unit's MIDI In, Out, and Out 2/Thru ports on 3.5mm connectors provide comprehensive connectivity for all-hardware setups.

Custom Modes functionality sets the Launchpad Pro apart by allowing users to create personalised control surfaces for any MIDI-compatible software or hardware using the Novation Components editor. Simply drag and drop widgets to configure the 8x8 grid layout, then store up to eight custom configurations for instant recall. This flexibility means you can design the perfect controller for your specific live setup and perform with complete creative freedom, with or without a computer connection. Registration includes access to Sound Collective, providing regular free plug-ins and exclusive offers from industry-leading developers.
