Professional musicians know the frustration of unwanted pops and squeals when swapping instruments during live performances or studio sessions. The silentPLUG solves this common problem with its innovative REED-technology based silent switch that automatically mutes your instrument cable when disconnecting, preventing those embarrassing audio interruptions that can disrupt your flow.

This premium 1/4" (6.35 mm) phone plug features gold-plated contacts for superior signal integrity and long-lasting performance. The rubberized surfaces provide excellent grip and tactile feedback, making cable connections secure and comfortable even during intense performances or extended studio work.

Built for the demands of professional use, the integrated silent switch is engineered to withstand over 1,000 mating cycles, ensuring reliable operation throughout years of regular gigging and recording. The automatic shorting function activates seamlessly whenever you disconnect your instrument, maintaining clean audio paths without requiring any additional steps or conscious effort from the performer.
