Komplete 26 Collector's Edition Upgrade is Native Instruments' most comprehensive software bundle, designed to handle every production stage from initial concept through mastered release. This upgrade adds 65 new products to Ultimate 15 or 26, bringing the total to 160+ instruments and effects plus 150+ Expansion sound packs. The core difference: access to the complete catalogue including Kontakt 8, Massive X, Guitar Rig 7 Pro, Absynth 6, and newly added tools like Circular, Odes, Claire: Avant, and the London Contemporary Orchestra Producer Strings.

The instrument set spans sampling (Kontakt 8), wavetable synthesis (Massive X), guitar effects and amp modelling (Guitar Rig 7 Pro), granular and FM synthesis (Absynth 6), and iconic synths including Reaktor 6, Massive, FM8, and Monark. String libraries include Cremona Quartet Ensemble and LCO Producer Strings for detailed orchestral work. Production support arrives via iZotope Elements (Ozone 12, Neutron 5, Nectar 4, Ozone, bx_glue, FXEQ) and Brainworx effects. All 150+ Expansions contain synth presets, drum kits, one-shots, samples, and loops across genres from Hot List and Raw Rhythm to Jazz Hop and Cinematic Risers. Integration works with any DAW, all Kontrol keyboards, Maschine, and NKS-compatible MIDI controllers via Native Access 2.

Studio engineers and genre-crossing producers benefit most from the Cremona and LCO string libraries combined with iZotope's full mastering suite. Bedroom producers gain immediate access to 150+ professionally designed sound banks covering electronic, orchestral, guitar-based, and vocal production. Gigging musicians find session instruments for live recording contexts alongside multi-effect chains that replace hardware racks.
