MOOG Theremini Etherwave Theremin

Experience the magic of playing music through thin air with the Moog Etherware Theremini, a sophisticated reimagining of one of the world's first electronic instruments. This innovative theremin combines the ethereal experience of hands-free performance with intelligent digital assistance, making it accessible for beginners while offering advanced capabilities for experienced players.

The Theremini's assistive pitch quantisation technology serves as your musical training partner, allowing you to adjust the difficulty level as your skills develop. At maximum assistance, every gesture produces perfectly pitched notes on your selected scale, while reducing the computer control unlocks greater expression through subtle hand movements, enabling vibrato and nuanced pitch bending. The built-in tuner provides real-time visual feedback, helping you understand exactly how your hand positioning affects each note.

With 32 wavetable-based presets at your disposal, you can explore a diverse range of sounds and textures. The instrument includes both built-in speakers for immediate playback and headphone output for private practice sessions. Professional connectivity options include two 1/4-inch audio outputs and a single pitch CV output with selectable range, while the adjustable stereo ping-pong delay adds spatial dimension to your performances.

Practical design features enhance both portability and versatility, including a removable pitch antenna with integrated storage compartment and a built-in 3/8-inch adaptor for mic stands and camera mounts. User-selectable scales, root notes, and range settings can be stored per preset, giving you complete control over your musical palette.
