The SKULPTsynth SE brings professional-grade synthesis to your fingertips with its remarkable 32-oscillator virtual analogue sound engine packed into a lightweight, portable design. This USB or battery-powered synthesiser features a sophisticated architecture with 2 WAVE groups containing four oscillators per voice, alongside a morphable 2-pole resonant filter and comprehensive 8-slot modulation matrix with digital effects. Musicians can dive straight into creativity with 128 preset sounds included out of the box.

Each voice provides two WAVE groups with four oscillators that sweep smoothly between sine, triangle, saw, square, PWM and noise sources, offering profound hands-on sound control. The state-variable 2-pole filters morph seamlessly from lowpass through bandpass to highpass, with resonance capabilities that highlight rich harmonics at higher levels. Additional oscillator modulation through FM, ring modulation and powerful on-board LFOs reveals exceptional potential for sound customisation.

The integrated arp and 256-note sequencer enables automatic playback of rhythmic patterns and melodies, while MPE support opens up next-generation expressive performance possibilities. Three dedicated envelopes for filter, amp and modulation provide extensive control over dynamics and expression, complemented by two LFOs – one global and one polyphonic – that sync to internal or external tempo.

SKULPTsynth SE units can be polychained with SKULPTsynthesiser models in mixed setups of up to 4 synths, with cross-compatible patches between models.
