Meinl Sonic Energy Solid Kalimba C Major 8-Notes Maple

The Meinl Sonic Energy Solid Kalimba C Major 8-Notes Maple is a thumb piano built from solid maple with a gloss finish, tuned to an 8-note C Major scale spanning a', e', c', g, a, d', g', and c''. Weighing just 170 grams, this compact melodic instrument delivers warm, resonant tones through metal reeds mounted on a maple body. The harmonic arrangement lends itself to sound therapy, meditation, and spontaneous composition without requiring advanced theory knowledge.

Each note is factory–tuned and field–adjustable via the included tuning hammer, allowing players to maintain accurate pitch or explore alternate tunings. The solid maple construction provides tonal warmth and sustain distinct from hollow–body designs, while the gloss finish protects the wood and enhances visual appeal. A protective hard case prevents scratches during transport, and the included microfiber cloth maintains the gloss surface. The linen bag offers additional portability options for players moving between studio and performance environments.
