Meinl Sonic Energy Black Nylon Gong Cord For 32" Gongs

The Meinl Sonic Energy Black Nylon Gong Cord offers purpose-built suspension for 32" gongs and tam tams, addressing the specific rigging demands of larger instruments. Constructed from heavy-duty nylon fabric, this cord provides dependable hanging strength for instruments in this size class. At 4mm diameter and 1 metre in length, it delivers the load-bearing capacity required for secure mounting without compromising the gong's resonance or movement.

The nylon fabric construction ensures long-term durability under the constant tension of supporting heavier gong models. Measuring precisely 1 metre end to end, the cord accommodates standard stand configurations while offering enough length for adjustments to playing height and angle. The 4mm diameter strikes a balance between strength and flexibility, allowing the gong to vibrate freely while maintaining secure attachment points. Finished in black, the cord remains visually discreet during performance settings.
