Meinl Foot Shaker HC

Meinl's Foot Shaker HC is a foot–operated percussion instrument designed to add texture and control to drum kits, electronic setups, and live rigs. The shaker mounts at a specially engineered angle on a footstrap, allowing players to trigger short, articulate bursts with precision timing—ideal for adding ghost notes, layered rhythms, or accent hits that a kick pedal alone cannot deliver. Constructed from durable plastic in black, it integrates easily into existing floor–based percussion arrangements.

The angled mounting geometry is the key innovation here. By positioning the shaker at an offset rather than perpendicular to the strap, Meinl achieves tighter attack and faster decay compared to hanging designs.
