Meinl Classics Custom Dark 18 Inch Heavy China Cymbal

The Meinl 18–inch Classics Custom Dark Heavy China Cymbal brings explosive power and cutting presence to your drum kit with its distinctive B12 bronze construction. This cymbal features an innovative design that produces bright, powerful tones capable of slicing through any mix, thanks to its higher copper–to–tin ratio that creates clear, brilliant resonance filled with complex upper harmonics.

Built from premium B12 bronze, this china cymbal offers a cutting attack paired with shimmering decay characteristics. The special finishing process applied to the Classics Custom Dark series creates dark, complex tones while maintaining the visual appeal that matches its sonic capabilities.

The 18–inch Heavy China provides a complex, fast attack that speaks immediately with minimal sustain, making it ideal for accents and explosive musical moments. Its striking surface treatment showcases a dark finish centre combined with a fully lathed and buffed edge, and it works brilliantly in stack configurations for added versatility in your cymbal setup.
