Meinl B20CH Byzance 20 Inch Traditional China Cymbal

The Meinl Byzance 20 Inch Traditional China Cymbal brings explosive raw attack and trashy, complex spread that cuts through any musical arrangement with authority. This hand–hammered masterpiece combines B20 bronze alloy construction with traditional craftsmanship, creating a cymbal that offers both durability and rich tonal character. The thin weight design ensures fast, biting response while maintaining the musical warmth that makes this china cymbal stand out from the crowd.

Built for versatility across multiple genres including Rock, Pop, Fusion, Jazz, Funk, R&B, Reggae, Studio, and World music, this 20–inch china delivers high–mid pitch with warm, smooth character and mid–bright timbre. The narrow blade lathe work and hand–hammered shaping give each cymbal its own unique sonic fingerprint, while the medium volume and sustain make it suitable for both live performance and studio recording applications.

The traditional finish and B20 bronze material construction represent the perfect blend of classic cymbal–making techniques with individual character that modern drummers demand. For optimal longevity, maintain your cymbal with Meinl Cymbal Protectant and Cleaner to preserve its distinctive sound and appearance.
