The Meinl Artist Design 22" Aric Improta Ride merges precise definition with an arresting visual identity. Inspired by the feeling of effortless focus on stage, its engraved Arcwave artwork turns the bronze surface into a true canvas while the cymbal delivers a bold, articulate ping that holds its place in dense mixes. A statement piece for drummers who want sound, control, and design in equal measure.

Voiced for cutting clarity and control, this heavy ride keeps stick definition front and center while maintaining a musical wash under the tip. Whether youre tracking intricate patterns in the studio or projecting over a loud ensemble, it balances projection with a controlled sustain for a confident, professional response.

Key Features
  • 22" heavy ride with bright, assertive stick definition and controlled sustain
  • Arcwave bronze engraving by Aric Improta; cymbal as visual canvas
  • Designed to cut through rock, pop, fusion, funk, and R&B settings
  • Limited Artist Design series; serialized production run
