Maton EBW808 808 Acoustic-Electric Guitar

The Maton Blackwood range delivers an extraordinary sonic experience through its all-Blackwood construction, creating a distinctive compression that blends frequencies into something truly special. This unique tonal character combines clear, bright trebles with a strong midrange and full bass response, offering guitarists a pure and simple voice that stands apart from conventional acoustic guitars.

Built with Maton's signature 808 body shape, this instrument features premium Australian craftsmanship throughout. The Blackwood face, back and sides work in harmony with scalloped Maton X bracing to produce exceptional resonance and projection. A Queensland Maple neck provides stability and comfort, while the Streaky Ebony fingerboard and bridge add visual appeal and tonal clarity.

Professional appointments include Chrome Grover Rotomatic machine heads for reliable tuning stability, bone nut and saddle for optimal tone transfer, and the versatile AP5 Pro pickup system for amplified performance. The 25.5" scale length, 44.1mm nut width, and 12" fingerboard radius create a familiar playing experience across all 21 frets. Finished in Satin Natural with rope binding details and a black pickguard, this guitar comes complete with a Maton Standard Hardcase and represents the finest in Australian guitar manufacturing.
