Martin M4750 Short Scale Acoustic Bass Strings (45-96)

Martin® has crafted their Short Scale Acoustic Bass Strings with the Junior Series specifically in mind, bringing decades of string-making expertise to a specialised format. These strings feature a phosphor bronze wrap wound around a nylon core, creating an ideal balance for players seeking comfortable playability without sacrificing tonal quality.

The nylon core construction provides enhanced comfort and easier fretting, whilst the phosphor bronze winding ensures full note projection and reliable tuning stability. This combination makes them particularly well-suited to the unique requirements of short-scale acoustic bass instruments.

Martin®'s commitment to maintaining their renowned tonal standards extends directly into their string manufacturing process. By producing their own strings with precision manufacturing techniques, they ensure each set meets the same exacting quality standards that have made Martin a trusted name amongst musicians worldwide.
