Marshall 2245 JTM45 30w Vintage ReIssued

Guitar legends were born through the groundbreaking sound of Marshall's very first amplifier, and now the 2245 JTM45 30-watt head brings that iconic tone back to life. This authentic reissue meticulously recreates the original JTM45 that became a true classic amongst guitar enthusiasts, capturing every nuance of its inimitable sound through painstakingly reproduced components and vintage-inspired design.

The secret behind this amplifier's legendary tone lies in its GZ34 rectification, which interacts with the other valves to create those subtle harmonics that shift and smoulder beneath your notes. This produces the one-of-a-kind Marshall sound that has been emulated countless times but never truly replicated. The two-channel, 30-watt design stays true to the original's loud and dynamic character, authentically recreating that coveted vintage '60s tone.

Built with valve technology at its core, the 2245 features dual inputs per channel and comprehensive tone controls including Presence, Bass, Middle, Treble, and individual Volume controls for each channel. The valve complement includes 2 x ECC83 preamp valves, 1 x ECC83 and 2 x 5881 power amp valves, plus the crucial GZ34 rectifier. Weighing 14.6kg with dimensions of 665 x 265 x 205mm, this head comes complete with power and speaker cables ready for your next performance.
