The GV Series showcases Markbass’s ability to deliver high‐quality bass guitars at an outstanding price. Every model is built from carefully selected components, chosen after extensive comparison of materials and suppliers to ensure excellent value without cutting corners. Designed for smooth playability, the neck shares the same comfortable feel as the JP Series, with even string response and no unwanted boominess—especially across the low B. Each instrument goes through a strict inspection process at the Markbass headquarters in Italy, receiving the same level of attention as their higher‐end models.
Inside, the GV Series features the MB Instrument Pre, the same preamp used in Markbass’s premium instruments. It offers a clean, faithful reproduction of your bass’s natural tone, with nearly seamless volume consistency between active and passive modes. The simple, ergonomic controls let you shape your sound with wide EQ adjustments that stay clear and free from distortion, even at extreme settings.
