Mackie's Thump15V4 is a 15" powered loudspeaker engineered to handle live performance, DJ work, and event playback without compromise. Built on decades of professional audio manufacturing, it delivers 130 dB maximum SPL, a 34 Hz low-frequency response, and 1400W of class-D amplification through a 15" woofer and 1" compression driver. SoundCheck DSP™ voicing modes allow users to optimise the speaker for their specific application–flat response for pure signal path, DJ mode for bass-heavy music playback, live mode for vocals and speech, or wedge configuration for stage monitoring.

The built-in mixer accommodates multiple input sources via dual XLR/TRS combo jacks and a 1/8" auxiliary input, whilst the XLR output enables daisy-chaining to additional speakers. Bluetooth® streaming integrates seamlessly with analogue inputs, and the Thump Connect 2 app provides wireless control over EQ and all DSP features from across the venue. Additional processing includes feedback elimination, music ducking for announcement clarity, and outdoor mode compensation. Construction emphasises durability with premium metal handles, M10 rigging points for suspended mounting, and a footprint of 439 mm wide by 356 mm deep, weighing 14.8 kg for portable deployment.

Connectivity flexibility extends to pole-mounted tripod stands, overhead flying via the PA-A3 eyebolt kit, and stacking with the Thump18Sv4 subwoofer using the SPM400 pole. Two Thump15V4 units pair wirelessly in stereo or dual-mono configuration, eliminating cable runs across larger venues. The feedback eliminator removes the guesswork from microphone gain staging, whilst music ducking automatically lowers playback level during announcements without stopping the track entirely. These features combine to create a self-contained PA solution suited to live bands, mobile DJ rigs, speech-based events, and monitoring applications without requiring external processing gear.
