LR Baggs High-Fidelity Pickup + Microphone Mixing System

The HiFi Duet represents a breakthrough in acoustic guitar amplification, combining LR Baggs' award-winning HiFi pickups with their revolutionary Silo Microphone technology. This sophisticated pickup and microphone mixing system establishes a new benchmark for multi-source acoustic guitar systems, offering musicians unparalleled sonic excellence through precision-engineered components.

At the heart of the system are the HiFi Bridge Plate Pickups - lightweight, non-intrusive sensors that attach via a simple peel-and-stick installation process. These bridge plate sensors maintain your guitar's acoustic integrity whilst providing exceptional tone, balance, definition, and dynamics. The included installation jig ensures optimal placement, preserving the natural sound of your instrument while faithfully capturing its inherent character.

The Silo Mic brings studio-quality performance to live applications through precision machining and meticulous tuning. Built on LR Baggs' acclaimed TRU•MIC technology, it features a new microphone capsule and tuned suspension system that provides enhanced ambience and dimension. The microphone excels in feedback resistance and isolation, offering plug-and-play performance that rivals your favourite studio microphones.

The all-discrete studio grade preamp features a multi-pole crossover system that seamlessly blends the HiFi Pickups and Silo Mic across the full sonic spectrum. Soundhole-mounted controls include volume, mix, battery check, and mic level adjustment, allowing you to dial in anything from punchy and direct tones to open, airy studio-mic'd sounds. With 180+ hours of battery life from a single 9V battery, the system maintains LR Baggs' reputation for warmth, purity, presence, and low noise. Professional installation by an authorised LR Baggs dealer is required for warranty coverage.
