Master the authentic conga sound without the bulk thanks to LP's revolutionary Giovanni Compact Conga, measuring 11‐3/4 inches and crafted from premium aluminium alloy. This award‐winning instrument was developed alongside conga legend Giovanni Hidalgo and claimed the 2003 Musikmesse International Press Award for most innovative instrument. The compact design produces genuine conga tones suitable for practice sessions, live performances, and studio recording work.
Built with an 11.75" Evans Tri‐Center synthetic head, this portable conga offers reliable performance and consistent tone quality. The drum can be tuned using a standard drum key and features muting capabilities for quiet practice sessions. Its versatile mounting system fits basket‐style snare stands or dedicated conga stands, making it perfect for solo playing or integration into larger percussion setups and drum kits.
The Giovanni Compact Conga's innovative design allows percussionists to access professional conga sounds in virtually any setting. Its lightweight construction and compact footprint make it an ideal choice for musicians who need authentic Latin percussion tones without the space requirements of traditional full‐sized congas.
