The Lehle Parallel SW II is a true–bypass parallel effects looper and stereo line mixer engineered to preserve signal integrity when blending wet and dry paths. Built around discrete Class A JFET input stages, it delivers a 122 dB dynamic range courtesy of internal 30 V technology – voltage that's rectified, filtered and stabilised from the power supply to exploit the full headroom of tube amplifiers. Send and return levels adjust independently, with a dedicated mix controller to dial in precise wet/dry balance before an amp or within its effects loop.
Frequency response spans 20 Hz to 100 kHz, accommodating high–impedance guitar and bass signals alongside low–impedance keyboard or active instrument outputs. All connections operate in stereo, allowing mono input/stereo output pedals to integrate without compromise. The microcontroller–driven switch uses an active pop suppression circuit and true–bypass relay topology, outpacing mechanical footswitches for silent, wear–free operation. A spring–mounted mushroom button isolates the circuit board from physical stress, ensuring durability across years of stage use.
Three operating modes transform the footswitch into latching, momentary or mixed–mode configurations – the latter triggering latching on short presses and momentary on sustained hits for stutter effects and rhythmic gating. This flexibility extends to routing rack–mount studio processors with line–level outputs into guitar signal chains, or inserting pedals into amp effects loops with level compensation. Mono and stereo signals combine freely, placing no restrictions on signal architecture or effects configuration.
