The Laney LX series brings British voicing and dual–channel operation to a compact practice amp format. This 15–watt combo houses two 5–inch custom speakers in a closed–back cabinet, delivering enough volume for home practice while maintaining portability. The twin–channel architecture separates clean and drive tones, each with independent EQ controls, allowing players to shape their sound across both modes without compromise.
Channel one provides classic clean tones with dedicated bass, middle, and treble controls. Channel two adds a three–position drive voicing switch alongside its own EQ section, moving from mild overdrive through to high–gain territory. Onboard digital effects include delay, chorus, reverb, and their combinations, controlled via a single rotary knob with LED indicators. A headphone output mutes the speakers for silent practice, while the auxiliary input accepts backing tracks from external devices. The amp also features a tape–style emulated line output for direct recording applications.
