Kramer Volante Quilt Electric Guitar (Ultramarine Burst) inc Gig Bag

Built for the modern shredder who demands both speed and precision, the Kramer Volante Quilt HHFR represents the pinnacle of contemporary guitar engineering. Taking its name from the Italian word meaning "flying" or "light," this instrument embodies the musical concepts of rapid, fluid performance that today's technical players require. The guitar features a lightweight alder body topped with stunning AAAA quilt maple veneer, complete with forearm and body comfort carves for extended playing sessions.

The three-piece satin maple neck showcases Kramer's innovative engineering with their new Key Lock system, developed by Senior Product Development Engineer Richard Akers. This technology works alongside the five-bolt neck joint to prevent movement in the neck pocket, significantly improving vibrational tone transfer, sustain, and intonation. The thermally aged neck features a fast-playing Kramer Elliptical C profile and is topped with an ebony fretboard containing 24 jumbo frets, mother-of-pearl diamond inlays, and a compound 10-14" radius for optimal playability across all positions.

Hardware specifications include a Floyd Rose® R3 locking nut paired with a 1000 Series tremolo system, maintaining rock-solid tuning stability regardless of vibrato bar usage. The 25.5" scale length accommodates drop tuning perfectly, while the spoke wheel truss rod adjustment at the body end provides quick, accessible setup modifications. A pair of Kramer USA Neptune humbuckers connect to master volume and tone controls via a five-way blade selector switch, offering exceptional tonal versatility with hum-cancelling operation across all pickup positions - from series and parallel humbucker modes to single-coil combinations.
