Kramer Volante Quilt Electric Guitar (Magenta Burst) inc Gig Bag

Built for the modern shredder who demands nothing less than perfection, the Kramer Volante Quilt HSFR represents the pinnacle of contemporary guitar engineering. Taking its name from the Italian word meaning “flying” or “light,” this instrument embodies the musical concepts of speed and fluid movement that define today’s most demanding playing styles. The guitar features a lightweight alder body topped with stunning AAAA quilt maple veneer, complete with forearm and body comfort carves that make extended playing sessions effortless.

The three–piece satin maple neck showcases Kramer’s innovative engineering with their new Key Lock system, developed by Senior Product Development Engineer Richard Akers. This groundbreaking technology works alongside the 5–bolt neck joint to prevent movement in the neck pocket, dramatically improving vibrational tone transfer, sustain, and intonation. The thermally aged neck features a fast–playing Elliptical C profile and is topped with an ebony fretboard sporting 24 jumbo frets, mother–of–pearl diamond inlays, and a compound 10–14” radius for optimal playability across all positions.

Electronics include a Kramer USA Neptune humbucker™ in the bridge position and a Kramer USA Triton Noiseless Pickup at the neck, controlled by master volume and tone knobs plus a three–way blade selector. The tone control incorporates a push/pull switch for series/parallel switching of the bridge humbucker, adding tonal versatility. A Floyd Rose® R3 locking nut and 1000 Series tremolo system ensure rock–solid tuning stability, while the 25.5” scale length accommodates drop tunings perfectly. This modern Kramer maintains the brand’s legendary Made to Rock Hard attitude while meeting every requirement of today’s virtuoso players, and comes complete with a premium gig bag for protection.
