Korg Wavestate Desktop Synthesiser Module

KORG's revolutionary Wave Sequencing technology now arrives in a sleek 19" desktop and rackmount format with the wavestate module. Building upon the acclaimed 2020 wavestate and its groundbreaking Wave Sequencing 2.0 technology, this compact powerhouse offers the complete feature set of the wavestate mkII in a studio-friendly package. Designed from scratch for today's musicians, producers, and composers, the module draws inspiration from modular synthesisers, groove boxes, and algorithmic composition techniques.

The module boasts an impressive 120 stereo voices of polyphony thanks to new processing hardware and enclosure design. Recent software updates have enhanced all LFOs with free running, delayed start, and retriggering options, plus additional modulation sources. Full compatibility exists with sounds and samples from the original wavestate, wavestate mk II, wavestate SE, and wavestate native software, along with numerous third-party libraries.

MIDI 2.0 Property Exchange support comes standard across all wavestate models, with hundreds of factory sounds now featuring Polyphonic Aftertouch modulation alongside Channel Aftertouch support. This makes the module an ideal partner for KORG's Keystage controller. The clever dual-purpose design accommodates both desktop and rack mounting, with a recessed rear panel for easy cable access and adjustable brackets offering multiple panel angles for standing performance or seated studio work.
