Korg SV-2S 88 Stage Vintage 88-Key Piano with K-ARRAY Speakers

The KORG SV-2 Stage Vintage delivers the definitive collection of legendary keyboard sounds that shaped decades of popular music, now available in a single, meticulously crafted instrument. Building upon ten years of Stage Vintage excellence, this latest evolution features over ten times the sample data of previous models, housing 72 compelling sounds with 64 memory locations for storing personalised favourites. The SV-2's advanced sampling techniques capture every nuance of classic electro-mechanical, transistorised, and digital keyboards – from the slap of tines to the click of contacts – preserving authentic artefacts through the innovative RX Layer technology.

At its core remains an exceptional stage piano, offering outstanding grand piano sounds from German, Italian, Austrian, and Japanese makers, alongside intimate upright pianos, honky-tonk, and genuine "tack" piano variations. The comprehensive electric piano collection spans nearly all American tine and reed models, Japanese electric grands, and rare German specimens, plus an extensive range of clavi settings. Enhanced 128-voice polyphony supports sophisticated layering and sustained chording, while the SV-2 Editor software enables custom splits and layers across up to three timbres simultaneously.

Professional connectivity includes balanced XLR outputs, quarter-inch inputs and outputs, MIDI capability, and front-panel headphone access. The instrument features KORG's finest RH3 graded-hammer action keybed across 88 keys, complemented by the Valve Reactor circuit for added warmth, six effect types, and eight tuning schemes. Available in standard and SV-2S configurations – the latter equipped with an internal K-ARRAY speaker system – complete with DS-2H damper pedal and complimentary SV-2 Editor software.
