The Pitchblack X Pro revolutionises guitar tuning with its innovative ULTRA BUFFER technology that maintains pristine tone quality even through extended cable runs. This advanced buffer system addresses the common problem of high-frequency loss that occurs with passive pickup guitars when using cables longer than 6 metres, ensuring your signal remains clean and clear regardless of cable length or complex effects board configurations. The true bypass functionality works in harmony with the buffer to preserve your original tone when the tuner is disengaged.
Precision tuning reaches new heights with the Pitchblack X Pro's remarkable 0.1 cent accuracy in Strobe mode, making it perfect for critical recording and performance situations. The unit offers four distinct meter display options including Regular, Strobe, Half Strobe, and Mirror modes, each designed to provide visual feedback that suits different tuning preferences. The innovative "just-right tuning" display feature uses blinking triangular LEDs to confirm accurate tuning, while the multicoloured LED system offers five different colour combinations including blue to red gradation, green to red gradation, and single-colour options in cyan, green, and blue.
Built for versatility, the Pitchblack X Pro includes detachable rack-mounting adaptors that double as floor stands, plus dual output jacks on both front and rear panels for seamless effects board integration. The unit also incorporates KORG's cable checker function, allowing musicians to test cable integrity by connecting a standard cable between INPUT 1 and CABLE CHECK jacks, helping prevent potential cable failures during performances and studio sessions.
