The KAOSS Replay represents a revolutionary leap forward in portable performance technology, combining the legendary KAOSS Pad legacy with cutting-edge sampling capabilities in a single, self-contained unit. This groundbreaking device features 128 innovative KAOSS FX effects spanning practical filters, delays and reverbs through to imaginative modulation effects, loopers, vocoders and synth effects. For the first time in KAOSS series history, top-tier vocal effects are included, offering everything from subtle vocal correction to precise pitch tuning, all controlled through the iconic XY pad interface that has reshaped live performance standards.
Built around 16 high-quality velocity-sensitive pads, the KAOSS Replay provides 128 sample slots across 8 banks per project, with support for up to 100 projects stored on microSD card. The advanced sampling system includes onboard sample trimming, 12-point Hot Cue triggering, BPM detection, sync and quantisation capabilities. A stunning 5-inch full-colour OLED touchscreen makes operation fluid and intuitive, whilst the robust aluminium construction ensures durability without compromising portability.
Powered by USB-C with comprehensive onboard connectivity including dedicated MIC and AUDIO inputs, the KAOSS Replay eliminates setup complexity for stress-free performances anywhere. The device functions as a complete portable DJ rig with precise beat-matching, playback quantisation, hot cues, monitoring and dual faders. Real-time performance recording ensures those spontaneous creative moments are captured, whilst the PAD MOTION automation and TOUCH HOLD modes provide seamless effect integration for extended live sets across any musical genre.
