Korg Handytraxx 1-Bit Portable Record Player

The Korg handytraxx 1bit brings together vintage warmth and cutting-edge digital precision in a portable turntable that captures vinyl in pristine 1-bit audio quality. This remarkable record player features a built-in Nutube vacuum tube phono equaliser that provides natural harmonic enhancement, while its peerless Analog/Digital/Analog conversion ensures faithful reproduction of your vinyl collection. Compatible with both PHONO and LINE outputs, the handytraxx includes tone controls for straightforward bass and treble adjustment, giving you complete control over your sound.

Designed for both portability and customisation, this turntable features a universal type tonearm with counterweight that allows easy cartridge replacement. The aluminium die-cast platter provides an optimal balance of strength and weight, while the included Moving Magnet (MM) cartridge works alongside compatibility for ceramic cartridges through a newly developed dedicated adapter — making this potentially the only turntable where such versatility is possible.

Recording your vinyl collection to PC couldn’t be simpler with just a single USB cable connection. The bundled AudioGate 4 software handles 1-bit recording and audio format conversion, eliminating the need for complicated equipment combinations like separate turntables, phono equalisers, 1-bit recording-capable DACs, and dedicated applications. Built-in stereo speakers with a carefully engineered signal path provide easy monitoring, while the specially designed speakers maximise the unit’s potential for immediate playback.
