The DN32-ADAT provides comprehensive connectivity through four pairs of optical-fibre Toslink connectors, organised into convenient 8-channel groups for a total of 32 channels of ADAT I/O. Signal transmission operates at 24-bit resolution with selectable sample rates of either 44.1 or 48 kHz, ensuring professional audio quality throughout your signal chain.

One of the standout features is the optical-fibre light-pipe connections, which provide complete galvanic isolation to eliminate ground loop interference entirely. This results in pristine signal integrity that maintains the quality of your audio from source to destination. Additionally, any of the card's inputs can function as a clock master for your console's internal timing, guaranteeing sample-accurate synchronisation with external processing devices.

For more complex digital audio systems requiring precise timing distribution, the DN32-ADAT includes BNC Word Clock In/Output connectivity. This professional clocking solution can either serve as a master clock source or receive word clock from your existing system, utilising standard 75-Ohm coaxial cables with BNC connectors for reliable word clock distribution throughout your setup.
