The Kawai ES60 brings authentic piano performance within reach of every music enthusiast, combining professional-grade touch and tone in an affordable, portable design. As the entry-level model in Kawai’s acclaimed ES series, this digital piano makes no compromises on quality whilst remaining accessible to hobbyists and aspiring players alike.
Built around Kawai’s Responsive Hammer Lite keyboard action, the ES60 features grade-weighted keys that replicate the natural feel of an acoustic grand piano. The action incorporates hammer-sensing and cushioning technologies from Kawai’s premium ES Series instruments, providing smooth, responsive playability with reduced mechanical noise for comfortable home practice sessions.
The keyboard’s sophisticated design mirrors acoustic piano construction, utilising heavier bass hammers and lighter treble hammers across different playing ranges. This attention to detail ensures greater stability during powerful fortissimo passages whilst maintaining delicate pianissimo control, meeting the expectations of discerning pianists.
With its intuitive functionality and built-in Line Out connectors for external amplification, the ES60 serves as an ideal companion for home music-making and intimate venue performances. The lightweight, portable package combines Kawai’s renowned craftsmanship with practical versatility, making quality piano playing accessible to all.
