The innovative "Quasi 3-Way" design sets the JRX225 apart from conventional dual fifteen systems by intelligently distributing frequencies between the two woofers. The upper driver handles both mid-frequencies and bass, while the lower woofer focuses exclusively on bass reproduction. This configuration significantly reduces mid-range phase cancellation, resulting in improved sound quality and coverage in the critical midrange frequencies where vocals and lead instruments sit.

Professional-grade components throughout ensure reliable performance under demanding conditions. The JBL 2414H-C compression driver features a 25 mm polymer diaphragm for enhanced high frequency response, while the Progressive Transition™ waveguide provides superior coverage control and reduced distortion. High-voltage capacitors and inductors with heavy gauge wire prevent crossover saturation at high power levels, and SonicGuard™ protection safeguards the high-frequency driver without interrupting your performance.

The rugged enclosure construction utilises 19 mm MDF with advanced adhesives and mechanical fasteners for exceptional durability and improved low-frequency performance.
