Jackson X Series Soloist SLA6 DX Baritone Laurel Fingerboard (Satin Black)

The Jackson Soloist™ SLA6 DX Arch Top Baritone brings thunderous low-end power to metal guitarists seeking that perfect chunky rhythm tone. Built with an extended 26.5" scale length, this sleekly sculpted baritone six-string excels in dropped tunings and heavy rhythm work. The arched nyatoh Soloist body features white binding and pairs beautifully with a through-body maple neck that includes graphite reinforcement for rock-solid stability.

High-speed playing becomes effortless thanks to the 12"-16" compound radius bound laurel fingerboard, complete with 24 jumbo frets and distinctive pearloid piranha tooth inlays. The neck construction includes a scarf joint and painted black back finish, while Jackson sealed die-cast tuners maintain precise tuning stability during aggressive playing sessions.

Active EMG 81 and 85 humbucking pickups provide the full-throated power this instrument demands, ranging from sustained overdrive tones to smooth leads with muscular growl that cuts through dense mixes. Tonal versatility comes via a three-way pickup blade switch paired with single volume and tone controls, while the Jackson HT6 string-through-body hardtail bridge ensures pinpoint intonation and enhanced sustain. This X Series model arrives in striking Satin Black with matching black hardware and the iconic Jackson pointed headstock.
