Jackson JS Series Spectra Bass JS3V Laurel FB Satin Black Bass Guitar

The Jackson JS Series Spectra Bass JS3V represents a bold new direction in 5-string bass design, combining innovative offset styling with professional-grade features at an accessible price point. This all-new leviathan instrument features a poplar body with an enlarged upper horn that cleverly redistributes weight to eliminate neck dive, ensuring comfortable extended playing sessions. The bolt-on maple neck incorporates a scarf joint construction for exceptional durability, whilst the speed neck contour and compound radius laurel fingerboard (12"-16" with 24 frets) facilitate rapid, fluid playing across the entire fretboard.

At the heart of the JS3V's sonic capabilities are dual passive Jackson medium-output humbucking pickups that generate substantial low-end growl suitable for funk, hard rock, gospel and beyond. The HiMass™ bridge system enhances stability and sustain whilst contributing to the instrument's bold tonal character. Players can sculpt their sound using the comprehensive control layout, which includes a two-way toggle switch for pickup coil splitting, 3-band active EQ, blend control, and volume control featuring a push/pull selector.

The push/pull volume control offers a particularly clever solution for active electronics, allowing players to bypass the 3-band EQ circuit entirely - ensuring you'll never lose sound due to battery failure. This 35"-scale bass arrives in Satin Black with black nickel hardware and Jackson's distinctive 3x2 black headstock adorned with an understated J logo, making it an impressive addition to any bassist's arsenal.
