Built with a solid poplar body and featuring a bolt–on maple speed neck enhanced with graphite reinforcement and scarf joint construction, this King V offers exceptional stability and playability. The 12"–16" compound radius bound amaranth fingerboard hosts 24 jumbo frets and distinctive pearloid sharkfin inlays, creating a smooth playing surface that accommodates both rhythm work and lead techniques with equal comfort.
The guitar's sonic foundation comes from dual Jackson high–output humbucking pickups equipped with ceramic magnets, controlled via three–way toggle switching for tonal flexibility.
