Jackson American Series Soloist SL2MG Ebony FB Satin Lambo Orange Electric Guitar

The Jackson American Series Soloist™ SL2MG represents four decades of metal mastery, bringing flagship American craftsmanship to the Corona facility for the first time in the brand’s history. Since 1980, Jackson has pioneered instruments specifically engineered for hard rock and metal virtuosos, consistently pushing the boundaries of high–performance guitar design. This latest addition to the American Series continues that legacy, establishing new benchmarks in the premium shred category.

Built around a sustain–rich alder body, the SL2MG features a through–body three–piece maple neck reinforced with dual graphite rods for exceptional stability against environmental changes. The 12”–16” compound radius ebony fingerboard hosts 24 jumbo stainless steel frets and inverse mother of pearl sharkfin inlays, creating an ideal platform for technical playing that curves comfortably at the nut before flattening for lightning–fast upper register work. Luminlay® glow–in–the–dark side dots ensure visibility in low–light conditions, while the heel–mount truss rod wheel allows quick adjustments during performance.

The sonic foundation comes from EMG® 81 and EMG 85 humbucking pickups, providing the commanding punch and clarity essential for modern metal applications. A three–way blade switch pairs with single volume and tone controls for straightforward operation, while premium appointments include a Floyd Rose® 1500 Series double–locking tremolo system, Gotoh® MG–T locking tuners, and Dunlop® dual–locking strap buttons. Available in Satin Black, Satin Lambo Orange, and Matte Army Drab finishes, each guitar features Jackson’s signature pointed headstock and black hardware for that unmistakable metal aesthetic.
