Crafted from the legendary specifications found in master cymbalsmith Agop Tomurcuk’s personal notebook, the Istanbul Agop 14 inch Signature Hi–Hats represent a remarkable fusion of historical craftsmanship and contemporary performance. These exceptional cymbals produce an extremely dry and dark sound character, featuring a crisp “chick” response that cuts through any mix with precision and clarity.

The Signature Series showcases a distinctly lower tonal range with rich, fat sounds when played on the edge, whilst maintaining the dark and trashy qualities that define this remarkable collection. Each cymbal exhibits dry and complex sonic elements that create a vintage aesthetic reminiscent of classic 1960s recordings, enhanced by traditional rustic dark brownish surfaces that speak to their authentic Turkish heritage.
