This silver aluminum unit houses 150 bass–optimized Tone Models, each modeled from legendary amp and pedal classics ranging from vintage tube warmth through modern solid–state punch. The core differentiator is its advanced phase–coherent blending, which keeps your low–end fundamentals intact while layering drive and saturation for a mix–ready signal straight to front–of–house or recording interface.

The pedal runs 24–bit processing at 192 kHz with a frequency response spanning 5 Hz to 24 kHz and a noise floor rated at 123 dB, ensuring your bass's natural character remains uncolored before the modeling engine even engages. Fifty preset banks ship preloaded, each centered on a specific amp with three selectable Tone Model variants per bank. Fifteen onboard effects slots let you layer compression, EQ, reverb, and distortion after the core amp model. The included TONEX Editor software for Mac and PC enables real–time parameter tweaking via USB, while the pedal also doubles as a 24–bit/44.1 kHz audio interface for direct studio recording without additional hardware.

Access to the full 150–model library runs through the free TONEX Modeler software, allowing you to build custom tones and load them into any of the pedal's 50 preset slots. Included software bundles cover TONEX Modeler, Editor, and CS, plus AmpliTube 5 and AmpliTube SVX collections, giving you access to thousands of additional amp and cab models via ToneNET.
